Return and exchange policy
FAERIES hopes to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so if there is any non-human damage to the product within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, we will accept returns and exchanges. Please note that we do not provide refunds.
Return and exchange instructions:
1. All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Please note that we do not provide refunds.
2. All returned goods must be completely packaged.
3. All special offer/event items are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.
4. Return shipping fee:
If the goods are exchanged due to defective, damaged/mismatched goods (for example: ordering product A and receiving product B), FAERIES will be responsible for the shipping costs.
5. Only one-time returns and exchanges can be made for each order. It is recommended that customers check all returned goods as soon as possible and must keep them in their original condition, that is, unused.
If the product has the following conditions, returns or exchanges will not be processed:
1. Returned goods that exceed the 7-day return and exchange period and are not subject to this return order application.
2. Non-new products: The inner packaging is damaged due to use.
3. Incomplete packaging: The complete packaging should include the barcode, box and complete contents.
4. Personal hygiene products: such as intimate spray.
5. The product has been processed, such as alteration, cutting, etc. which are not the original product.
In case of any dispute, FAERIES LIMITED will have the final decision.
